Brazilian-born Italian composer and front-man Claudio Simonetti will now be giving an incredibly rare and fascinating interview about his experiences scoring and working on each film prior to each night’s screening, in what is now set to be one of the most unique events of 2014.

In association with this year’s Film4 FrightFest, Italian progressive rock legends Goblin are to perform two rare and unique events in London that will showcase their thrilling original movie soundtracks for the well-known cult-classic horror movies Dawn Of The Dead and Suspiria.

There are now only 20 tickets left for Suspiria and it’s sure to sell-out this week, so make sure you grab Dawn Of The Dead tickets NOW to avoid total disappointment!

The 4-piece group will perform alongside both films in real-time as both movies playback from start to finish, offering a completely new and exciting perception of these classic soundtracks and films like you’ve never experienced before.

The shows will take place at the architectural treasure and award-winning venue Union Chapel in North London on the 18th and 19th of August.

This will be the first time ever that the show has been performed in the UK, following critical acclaim and sell-out shows in Australia, USA, New Zealand, Canada and Italy.

Dawn of the Dead (Zombi in Italy – 1978) by George A. Romero and Suspiria (1977) by Dario Argento are among the most famous soundtracks composed and produced by Goblin.

I love prosthetic effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: Dropsy, Hatoful Boyfriend and The Witcher 2
