New TV spots for ‘Interstellar’ and ‘A Walk Among the Tombstones’ reveal new and exciting footage

Yesterday came the IMAX extended TV spot for Christopher Nolan’s sure to be epic new sci-fi, Interstellar, and today we have another TV spot to show you, again with just a teeny tiny piece of new footage.

Also below are two brand new TV spots for the Liam Neeson starring thriller come sort of horror, A Walk Among the Tombstones, so have a gander and enjoy!

Interstellar:

Plot details for the film are still pretty vague with the only synopsis available being that the script “chronicles the adventures of a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.” According to the Interstellarmovie website, the film is “Mainly based on the scientific theories and script treatment of renowned theoretical physicist, Kip Thorne.”

The film stars Matthew McConaughey,Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Bill Irwin, John Lithgow, Casey Affleck, David Gyasi, Wes Bentley, Mackenzie Foy, Timothée Chalamet, Topher Grace, David Oyelowo, Ellen Burstyn, and Michael Caine.

Interstellar is due for release on 6th November 2014.

 

 

 

A Walk Among the Tombstones:

A Walk Among the Tombstones stars Liam Neeson (Non-Stop, Unknown, Taken, Taken 2, The Dark Knight Rises, The Grey, The A-Team), Dan Stevens (The Fifth Estate, Downton Abbey), Sebastian Roche (Safe House, Fringe, Supernatural) and Boyd Holbrook (Out of the Furnace, Behind the Candelabra, The Host, The Big C).

Synopsis:

Formerly a detective with the NYPD, now a recovering alcoholic haunted by regrets, Matt Scudder (Liam Neeson) has a lot to make up for. When a series of kidnappings targeting the city’s worst drug criminals escalates to grisly murder, the circuit’s ruthless leader convinces Scudder to find the culprits and bring them to bloody justice. Working as an unlicensed private detective, Matt sees what the police don’t see and treads where they most fear to. Operating just outside the law to track down the monsters responsible, Scudder stops just short of becoming one himself.

Based on the best-selling book by Lawrence Block and directed by Scott Frank, A Walk Among the Tombstones is released in UK cinemas on 19th September 2014.
