To celebrate the upcoming release of Dracula Untold, Universal Pictures has turned to Talenthouse, the global online community of creatives, to offer a unique opportunity to create original artwork for the official soundtrack to the epic action-adventure, and to remix ‘Dracula Untold,’ the title track from the official movie score.
Universal Pictures and Legendary Entertainment’s Dracula Untold, in theaters October 10, is the origin story of the alluring immortal we have come to fear as the sun sets: Dracula. Luke Evans (Fast & Furious 6, The Hobbit series) transforms from the cursed man history knows as Vlad the Impaler to an all-powerful creature of the night in an action-adventure that heralds a pulse-pounding rebirth of the age of monsters.
The Dracula Untold official soundtrack will feature 20 score cues from the film by Emmy- and Grammy Award-nominated composer Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Iron Man, Pacific Rim). The album releases October 7th on Back Lot Music.
Universal is hosting the campaign within Talenthouse’s global creative community, which is free to join, and consists of artists from film, fashion, art, music and photography.
The winners will receive important career-boosting opportunities including:
The Album Artwork winner will:
- have his or her work featured as the official cover art for the single release on Back Lot Music;
- receive exposure across Dracula Untold‘s social media channels;
- receive $1,500.
Remix winner will:
- have his or her remix featured as a digital release on Back Lot Music in connection with “Dracula Untold”;
- receive exposure across Dracula Untold‘s social channels;
- receive $1,500.
Maya Bogle, co-founder of Talenthouse, said: “This partnership perfectly demonstrates how global brands are using Talenthouse to tap into the world’s creative community for large scale projects.
