A creepy new clip (I think) has been released from the unique new horror, Unfriended, and in it we see bad things happen to innocent people, and even worse things happen shortly after.
The clip, or montage of clips, further proves that Unfriended will be unlike any other horror film, and will actually be quiet nasty.
Told completely through Skype, Unfriended will take horror to new heights, and pushes the found footage genre into a whole new era of cyber horror.
Universal will release Unfriended in US cinemas on 10th April and in UK cinemas on 1st May.
Produced by Timur Bekmambetov and directed by Leo Gabriadze, Unfriended stars Shelley Hennig, Moses Storm, Renee Olstead, Will Peltz, Jacob Wysocki, Courtney Halverson, Heather Sossaman
While video chatting one night, six high school friends receive a Skype message from a classmate who killed herself exactly one year ago. At first they think it’s a prank, but when the girl starts revealing the friends’ darkest secrets, they realize they are dealing with something from beyond this world, something that wants them dead. Told entirely from a young girl’s computer desktop, Unfriended redefines found footage for a new generation of teens.
