According to the poster for new French shocker Hostile, “fear has no face”. You can be the judge of that by checking out the first trailer, poster and stills from the film below.
Screened during the next Cannes Film Market (May 19), the new horror french sensation titled “Hostile” will be unveiled. Directed by Nathan Ambrosioni (aged only fourteen years old), HOSTILE is an independent film written and directed by a very young french filmmaker.
Alternating between subjective “found-footage” and objective shots, HOSTILE chronicles the story of two teenage girls who, suddenly and inexplicably seem to be devoid of any empathy.
Julie Venturelli, Luna-Miti Belan, Lucie Donier, Shelley Ward, Anatolia Allieis, Julien Croquet, Magaly Gouyon, Didier Beaumont, Sarah Robert, Danielle di Sandro, Mallow Garcia, Richard Carré, Elona Hec and Vanessa Azzopardi star. HOSTILE is represented by EuroObscura. For more info visit the Hostile Facebook page.
Meredith Langston always longed to have children. She finally makes this happen when she adopts two young adolescent girls. However, her now idyllic world sours rapidly and dream veers to nightmare when she quickly finds that she is unable to cope with their increasingly strange behaviour. Desperate, she seeks the help of two television journalists working for a local station, SOS Adoption. Unfortunately it is all for nothing, especially when the reporters discover that there is another presence in the house.
