The Expendables 3 did poor business at the box office, but this could be due to the fact the film was leaked on-line early. However, there is no guarantee as yet of a fourth film, but already there is talk of who may be in a fourth film, should it be approved.
At the Body Power Expo here in the UK recently, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan spoke to fans about all sorts of stuff, including a possible villain role in The Expendables 4.
Hogan told fans he has had conversations with Sylvester Stallone, staring:
“We’re trying to figure out a way to maybe turn me into the most evil man in the world. Y’know, Stallone gave me my first break and he’s been a great friend. We had a great conversation, talking about the possibilities. Can I still run, can I still jump? Well, not as fast or not as high, but I think Hollywood could find a good stunt man to help me out.”
Hogan as a villain in a fourth Expendables film would be totally fine with me!
Stallone gave Hogan his big acting break (which sadly diminished fast) by giving him a really cool, but small, role in Rocky 3. Hogan appeared, pretty much as himself, as the wrestler Thunderlips.
Thunderlips and Rocky put on a charity fight for fans: boxing against wrestling, and it was brilliant. Check out the scene from Rocky 3 below.
