We already have James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain and Bill Hader in the gang that literally no-one wants to be, and ‘Variety’ have now recently reported that joining them are Andy Bean and James Ransone. Bean from HBO’s Here and Now and Transformers: The Last Knight will play the older version of Stanley who was played by Wyatt Oleff in last year’s IT. And Sinister and The Wire‘s Ransone is set to play Eddie, originally played by Jack Dylan Grazer.

Teasing what fans can expect from IT: Chapter 2, director Muschietti last month revealed that:

“Everything is going to be a lot more intense – the humour, the emotion, the horror. People are very invested emotionally in the characters of the story. At the end of the first one, there’s a promise of something else… It’s going to be scarier. It’s going to be a more intense experience. So bring your adult diapers to the theater.”

Muschietti directs from a script by Gary Dauberman. The film is out 6th September next year.

I'm a huge film fan and will watch pretty much any type of film, from Martial Arts to Westerns, from Romances [though I don't really like Romcoms!]] to Historical Epics. Though I most certainly 'have a life', I tend to go to the cinema twice a week! However, ever since I was a kid, sneaking downstairs when my parents had gone to bed to watch old Universal and Hammer horror movies, I've always been especially fascinated by horror, and though I enjoy all types of horror films, those Golden Oldies with people like Boris Karloff and Christopher Lee probably remain my favourites. That's not to say I don't enjoy a bit of blood and gore every now and again though, and am also a huge fan of Italian horror, I just love the style.
