One of the best slasher films of the noughties was Stevan Mena’s MaleVolence, that may have came across like a love letter to Halloween, but it was so brilliant and breathtaking that it rightly became a huge cult fave among slash fans.
In 2010, Mena followed the film up with BereaVement, a prequel that was different in tone, but still a horror that was fantastic in its own right.
Now the story of Martin Bristol is finally reaching its long awaited conclusion as MaleVolence 3: Killer is set for release this October and yes, Mena has kindly given us a trailer which you can see below.
With this coming out the same time as Halloween 2018 and possibly Hell House 2, October is suddenly becoming an excited month for horror fans.
Enjoy and get excited as it seems Mena has pulled it off again.
Synopsis:
Kidnapped, tortured, and abused at the hands of his psychotic captor, Graham Sutter, Martin Bristol knows only one thing – murder. On the run, lurking in the shadows of suburbia, he stalks and kills without remorse. Special Agent William Perkins follows Martin’s trail of terror, desperate to capture him before he kills again. Martin’s family, mourning his disappearance for over 10 years, is informed that not only is he still alive, he’s responsible for the wave of murder sweeping through their town. Will they be able to reunite with their long lost son before it’s too late, or will Perkins have no choice but to use excessive force to bring Martin down?
