So, after the film has been shrouded in mystery for ages, we’ve finally got the first trailer for Christopher Nolan’s new movie Tenet, and can get some idea of what it’s about – a man dying and being reborn to carry mission to stop World War 3 – but not a nuclear holocaust, “something worse”. I can’t wait!

Nolan has said that Tenet is:

“The most ambitious film we’ve made. We’re jumping off from the point of view of an espionage film, but we’re going to a number of different places. We’re crossing a few different genres in a hopefully exciting and fresh way.”

Nolan writes and directs, and Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy and Dimple Kapadia star alongside Nolan regulars Michael Caine and Sir Kenneth Branagh.

Tenet will be in cinemas on July 17, 2020.

I'm a huge film fan and will watch pretty much any type of film, from Martial Arts to Westerns, from Romances [though I don't really like Romcoms!]] to Historical Epics. Though I most certainly 'have a life', I tend to go to the cinema twice a week! However, ever since I was a kid, sneaking downstairs when my parents had gone to bed to watch old Universal and Hammer horror movies, I've always been especially fascinated by horror, and though I enjoy all types of horror films, those Golden Oldies with people like Boris Karloff and Christopher Lee probably remain my favourites. That's not to say I don't enjoy a bit of blood and gore every now and again though, and am also a huge fan of Italian horror, I just love the style.
