Poster release for “Train to Busan” sequel “Peninsula”


One of the greatest Zombie films of all time is the utterly fantastic 2016 Train To Busan, which if you haven’t seen it yet….then you need to get onboard.

With the sequel Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula, directed by Yeon Sang-ho, to be released later this year and the film also being announced as an Official Selection of Cannes, hype is starting to build among fans,

Tonight, curtesy of Bloody Disgusting, two official posters have been released which you can see from above and below.

The sequel’s synopsis is:

Four years after South Korea’s total decimation in Train to Busan, Jung-seok (Gang Dong-won), a soldier who previously escaped the diseased wasteland, relives the horror when assigned to a covert operation with two simple objectives: retrieve and survive. When his team unexpectedly stumbles upon survivors, their lives will depend on whether the best—or worst—of human nature prevails in the direst of circumstances.”

Lets hope it lives up to the hype!
