WINDOWSILL
Created by Vector Park

Windowsill is a simple point-and-click flash puzzle game that has a sprinkle of challenge amongst the amusing, delightful artwork.

In the Windosill game, you play as a toy car that is on a quest to adventure outside the toy box. The gateway to each room or level is through a door which unlocks only when you find a cube in the level and insert it into the square hole above the door.

The game itself is very simple, with awesome interactive vector shapes and art which you must click to activate animation. Some levels require you to click the objects in a certain order to complete the puzzle and release the cube. Without instructions or any details about the gameplay, it can be a touch confusing at first glance but once you start clicking around you’ll quickly realise how everything works and what needs to be done.

The game is around 30 minutes in length, meaning it’s quite a short one to dip into and check out. Despite its brevity, the puzzles are thoroughly entertaining and you’ll find yourself clicking with a wide grin upon your face at the discovery of new creative animations with each click.

Windosill is available on Steam and also playable for free on windosill.com

I love practical effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Yakuza Zero and Mafia III.
