New ILLUSION: A TALE OF THE MIND Trailer Explores a Twisted Tale of a Captured Mind

A new trailer has been revealed to celebrate the launch of videogame ILLUSION: A TALE OF THE MIND, on PC, PS4 and Xbox One now.

Illusion is a puzzle adventure game set during the time of the Parisian cabaret in the early 1920’s. Step into the shoes of a young girl named Emma and live her adventures as she tries to free the mind of her father from a mad man. Will you succumb to the illusion?

Etienne Morin, a Producer at Frima Studio explains: “Illusion: A Tale of the Mind defies the senses of our audience. Our team has designed puzzles that play on visual perception, which deliberately trick the mind. From objects that can be formed by perceptual distortion to casting shadows that directly influence the surroundings, it requires a sharp mind to solve these puzzles. Don’t be fooled by the mind-games and unveil the truths hidden by the illusions!”

As Emma, embark on a journey through the mind’s-eye of her captors, exploring a fractured world of old memories and festering wounds, that paradoxically reveals itself to be a place of great beauty and intrigue.

I love practical effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Yakuza Zero and Mafia III.
