Signature Entertainment Set To Release Slasher Flick SMILEY in Time for Halloween

British film distributor, Signature Entertainment, have revealed that they’ll be releasing slasher horror SMILEY on DVD in the UK in mid October, just in time for Halloween!

After amassing a whopping 30 million views on the original trailer on YouTube, which is where I first spotted the eerie killer flick, Smiley promises to bring new life to the genre. Though horror fans will note that the trailer hints at similarities to Candy Man, with Smiley appearing when ‘summoned’ or ‘called’. Colour us excited!
