I love prosthetic effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: Always Sometimes Monsters and The Witcher

  1. The death of JFK – seen so many documentaries on the subject, somehow still think a piece of the jigsaw missing.

  2. The Lord Lucan conspiracy theory – was he killed or did he start up a new life in Africa? We’ll never know, but it’s still intriguing.

  3. 9/11 too much mystery surrounding it all, stories grow arms and legs for sure but there aint no smoke without fire as they say!

  4. The Moon Landings – I would say I’ve seen more evidence of it being faked than real, but at the same time, WTF?? Seriously, they could fake that & nobody would talk? Just don’t know what to believe.

  5. The moon landings. They were real, my dad said he could see the footprints through his telescope, and who is going to argue with their dad?

  6. JFK was killed by a consortium of Texan oil men who wanted LBJ as president

It sounds plausible until you find out 1 of the 3 Texan oil giants was dead , and the other two hated each other; while no sane businessman would want a dumb redneck like LBJ in control of a red button – LBJ makes Bush look like an intellectual – although not quite as simple as Ttruman

  7. That 3 Texan oil billionaires plotted the Dallas assasination of JFK to get LBJ into the White House

one of the 3 was dead and the other two hated each other – and one was a Democrat !

That any sane person would want the hillbilly LBJ in charge is not one – he made Bush look like an intellectual ; although Truman was a simpleton.

  8. Roswell Incident in 1947. Still fascinating over 60 years later, any conspiracy that leads to Ant and Dec doing a comedy version (2006 movie Alien Autopsy) must be a winner!

  9. mine is the conspiracy theory on the government watching everything we do and covering everything up and computers running the world like terminator or I robot haha 🙂

  10. the “paul is dead” conspiracy. the idea that paul mccartney died (on sunday morning at 5 o’clock) and was replaced in the beatles by a look-alike named william campbell (billy shears).

“here’s another clue for you all…the walrus was paul”.

as good an explanation as any as to how a one-time musical genius could have written rubbish like the frog chorus and mull of kintyre.

  11. Roswell – what exactly was the silver foil like material that had a memory that returned to its original shape even after being crumpled as taken home to show his children by one of the american air forces personel (seen it in documetaries about Roswell) and what exactly are the american government hiding? i think its even hidden by the military from the usa presidents for fear they inadvertantly disclose something, and why is area 51 so secretative?

  12. It’s a toss up between 9/11 and JFK. Don’t necessarily believe either, but I think 9/11 shades it simply because it happened within my lifetime, and at a time when online communication was starting to grow.

  13. Area 51 being the centre for UFO/alien experimentation/disection/reverse engineering. It stands to reason that the whole place is a smokescreen. It grabs all the attention while any real work of that nature is done at various non-descript bases with what appears to be minimal security (the secure facilities are underground where normal base personnel are unaware of them).

  14. The Moon Landings – watched so many conspiracy documentaries about this …. there was no landing, the evidence for this is overwhelming!!

  15. This one. I don’t know if the film has used poetic licence or stayed close to the story line .. But, really, a tent ripped from inside out, victims running about butt naked, tongues and eyes missing .. You couldn’t make it up, unless you’re Stephen king or something.

  16. conspiracy theories intrigue me anyway so…. The Roswell Incident and Operation Blue Book, JFK, Princess diana to name a few I would love to get to the bottom of!

  17. I find the 9/11 conspiracy theories interesting. But not because I believe them to be true but the stories people believe are interesting. Especially looking at counter evidence and scientific experiments

  18. The deaths of John Smith and Robin Cook. Both heart attacks just after controversial announcements that upset another country.

  19. I am a firm believer in conspiracy theories! The moon landing in 1969 is definitely one of my biggest ‘conspiracies’ that intrigue me!

  20. MKUltra – Monarch programming – do many of these well known pop stars have handlers? The illuminati? is it all linked? It’s fascinating and something I’ve spent a lot of time reading about.

  21. The Bilderberg Group and it’s links to being the ‘One World Government’ setting agendas for economics, wars, man made disasters…even alien contact 😉

  22. Death of Princess Diana – marrying a muslim would be a big no no – made it look like an accident its easy to do – the film industry does it all the time

  23. Actually the conspiracy theories surrounding the Dyatlov Pass incident have always been very intriguing to me. Cover up by Russian forces? Extraterrestrial beings? Spooky stuff!
