On Friday 7th February 2014, Jose Padilha’s reimagining of sci-fi hit RoboCop will hit UK cinemas and IMAX and to celebrate the release, we have 5 ultra cool RoboCop merchandise bundles to give away to our readers!

In RoboCop, the year is 2028 and multinational conglomerate OMNICORP is at the center of robot technology. Their drones are winning American wars around the globe and now they want to bring this technology to the home front. Alex Murphy (Joel Kinnaman) is a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit. After he is critically injured in the line of duty, OMNICORP utilizes their remarkable science of robotics to save Alex’s life. He returns to the streets of his beloved city with amazing new abilities, but with issues a regular man has never had to face before.

  1. My tablet, its got my music, workout schedual, internet and most importantly a list of when all my fav programmes and films are comin on 🙂

  2. My smartphone. Information at my fingertips and I can stay in touch with my loved ones wherever I may be at the time.

  3. I would not live without my computer, I would be lost without it, I play my music while I surf the net lol, world at your fingertips, possibilities endless, it wont make my tea though..

  5. The internet in general. Its opened up so many avenues for me both in my private and personal life, i just simply couldnt go without it now.

    Anyhow, the item I use a lot is my phone.

  8. my pc! put it this way i pull my hair out when theres a power cut (frequent in my small village!) so losing it completely i think i`d flip lol! i really should get out more but hey its cold and wet i`d only end up ill! 😉

  9. The internet, how i stream my music, my means to socialize when I’m not out and I only find gaming entertaining if it’s online.

  10. A modern, water filled, flush toilet is the greatest technological marvel ever.

    I’ve spent time abroad… I could not cope shitting in a hole every single day.

  11. My smart phone: I play games, watch movies, listen to music, track running, browse the internet, find where I am going, keep notes, get reminded of appointments, send emails, take photos and movies… oh and make phone calls…

  12. My bespoke, one-of-a-kind Time Machine. Without this I would have been unable to travel backwards and forwards in time, influencing the timeline and thus the development of humanity. You don’t know how lucky you are not to have been eaten by Morlocks by now if it wasn’t for my intervention on your behalf (or do you???)

  13. Wifi, omgosh where would we be without it. Allows us to drift into an imaginary world wherever we are. Be it gaming on a bus and then missing your stop!!, shopping on your break… seeing someone you don’t want to talk to and pretending to be engrossed in your phone… then getting engrossed in your phone and not looking where you are going and you walk into them lol

  14. I couldn’t live without my iPad because my TV is now under the control of the boss of the house aka my daughter and there is nothing allowed on unless it has annoying characters dancing and singing and being happy. I need to watch Cyber cops shoot bad guys!

  15. My Lego Darth Vader alarm clock. That little guy starts my day off with a shrilling noise that I know that things can only get better from that moment on. He’s annoying and a bit on the ‘dark side’ but I need him to get me out of slumber every morning 😉

  17. During the recent awful weather I kept my iPhone constantly on charge. Unfortunately the battery life is awful yet my life is contained in that little block! My calender, my music, my connection to the outside world. It’s the one thing I wish my Grandad had lived to see. He would have been fascinated.

  18. my noise cancelling headphones – great on holiday onboard a noisy plane on when sunbathing and great at home for playing on my playstation plus it blocks out the nagging from her indoors!

  19. my mobile phone – it does everything I want it to and always comes in handy, plus if I ever forget to take my phone out with me I feel like a part of me is missing – very sad!

  20. petri – my portable hard drive…. it has everything on it from photos of me growing up to photographs and video clips of my son…. thousands of memories stored on one little device. 🙂

  22. My laptop – it has everything on it from photos to music to my schedule as well as being my main way to keep in touch with friends and family. it also gives me access to the internet which allows me to keep upto date on the latest news and movies !! x

  34. I couldn’t live without my mobile phone. Can you imagine having to use those smelly old phone boxes again, realising you haven’t got enough change to finish the call?

  35. The internet. I have managed without a cooker when it broke, I managed without a washer for a while, but the internet!!!!!!!! Yikes.?

  36. Forget phones etc, i couldn’t do without my watch. its a 90 year old casio thing lol. But i rely on it for all my alarms. if I didn’t have that, kids would still be at school I would be in bed and my wife would be nagging even more than usual.

  37. I couldn’t Live Without Skype and my Headset as I love to talk to my Best Friend and its the only way we can make contact most weekdays, And its free too. I couldn’t live without my best friend.

  38. not very original, but i’d have to say the internet. it’s changed life in so many ways. How did we ever survive without the abillity to bombard our friends and colleagues with photos of cats on a daily basis? 😆
