The cast have been announced ahead of the shoot for You’re Gonna Die Tonight, the new short film by director Sergio Morcillo.

Belonging to one of the best known sagas of showbiz, Monica Aragon began her acting career early on making several collaborations in various television programmes. In You’re Gonna Die Tonight, Monica’s character is completely new and unique to her career, becoming a true Final Girl ready to survive at any cost in a battle fraught with tension and eroticism of the best giallos since the 70’s.

The cast also includes Antonio Stride (Hospital Central), Rafa Casette (Your Screams Make Me Laugh), Francisco Reyes (Frankie & Barrie and Circus), Enrique Corrales (Amar en tiempos revueltos), Estefania Martinez (La Espina de Dios ) and Ismael de las Heras, co-author of this project.

This risky short film is written by Alvaro Fuentes, is sponsored by director Miguel Angel Vivas, director of the shocking Kidnapped and recent Extinction and produced by Terror Club, who are also responsible for the fun Your Screams Mmake Me Laugh, and by Fonofox, the producers of Vampyres.

Shooting will take place in Madrid next November.

I love practical effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Yakuza Zero and Mafia III.
