Big Ant Studios and the Committee of Jesters have released a new propaganda – aah, uhh, err – public awareness trailer for Masquerade: The Baubles of Doom, the new psychedelic comedic action-adventure game coming to consoles and PC next month. This helpful video explains the dangers the many different forms of the clown scourge pose to good and ordinary citizens like you and me!
Pitting a quick-witted, hard-hitting jester named Jaxx against an army of evil clown invaders, Masquerade: The Baubles of Doom harkens back to the light-hearted, silly action platformers of classic 3D gaming. Players will have to chain together combos of attacks, counters, dodges, superpowers and more while exploring dangerous territory and besting challenging tests of brains and brawn. It features bright art and world design to match its ridiculous fantasy premise and characters, with colorfully animated cutscenes to hammer home its style of comic mischief and energy.
Masquerade: The Baubles of Doom is expected to launch on April 20th 2016 as a digital release on the PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment systems on the PlayStation®Store, Xbox One and Xbox 360 through the Xbox Games Store, and Windows PC via Steam. It is rated T (Teen) by the ESRB.
