To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the first Scream film, this latest featurette for SCREAM (2022) honours the series director, Wes Craven, who sadly passed away in 2015. Craven was also known in the horror community for A Nightmare On Elm Street.
Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox and David Arquette, three members of the original cast who’ve been present throughout the four previous films, return for SCREAM with Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett taking the directing reigns.
Twenty-five years after a streak of brutal murders shocked the quiet town of Woodsboro, a new killer has donned the Ghostface mask and begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the town’s deadly past. Neve Campbell (“Sidney Prescott”), Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers”) and David Arquette (“Dewey Riley”) return to their iconic roles in Scream alongside Melissa Barrera, Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sonia Ammar.
SCREAM slashes its way into UK cinemas on 14th January 2022.
