In a sequel no one saw coming, its like we are set to play a rematch as its being reporting tonight that a READY OR NOT sequel is in development and yes….Samara Weaving is set to return.

The original which is one of the best horror films in years was directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett who later went on to helm the two recent SCREAM films, but this time it seems that Adam Robitel (The Taking of Deborah Logan, Insidious: The Last Key) is being lined up to to direct the follow up.

Where the story goes considering the original virtually wraps things up is anyone’s guess, but this is an intriguing news development that we will be keeping an eye on!
