Intense Thriller SHUT IN To Receive Digital Release in the UK

ALONE. AFRAID. SHUT IN. Get ready for an intense thrill ride of survival – at any cost!

A young mother (Rainey Qualley, Perfect) finds herself barricaded inside a pantry by her violent ex (Jake Horowitz, The Vast of Night). With her kids on the other side of the door and the impending threat of violence, she must do whatever it takes to escape and get her kids out of the house.

Directed by D.J. Caruso (I Am Number Four) and written by Melanie Toast, SHUT IN was filmed on location in Nashville and Watertown, Tennessee over four weeks during July-August, 2021. The screenplay for SHUT IN landed on the 15th annual Blacklist in 2019, which recognises the “best unproduced screenplays” of the previous year as voted on by Hollywood producers and talent agencies.

Starring Rainey Qualley, Jake Horowitz, Vincent Gallo, Luciana Vandette and Aidan Steimer, Signature Entertainment presents Shut In on Digital Platforms in the UK from 30th May 2022.
