We’re honoured and uber-excited to share with our readers this exclusive, creepy still from British horror anthology Bloody Cuts‘ fourth film, MOTHER DIED. The short film will be released on the suitably fitting Mother’s Day, which is Sunday 18th March 2012 here in the UK. The filmmakers are keeping tightlipped about the plot of their new short and we hardly anything to go by except this exclusive image to HorrorCultFilms, two teaser posters and a teaser trailer as seen below. What we do know is that the film is directed by BAFTA award winning FX artist, Neill Gorton, who’s Millennium FX studio sponsor and work with the Bloody Cuts team to provide some amazing creations as seen in previous Bloody Cuts films Stitches and Prey.
Judging from these images, I don’t think anyone need buy this mother a Mother’s Day present!
The teaser trailer gives little away and there appears to be the noise of the ignition of a gas hob cooker with the imagery of a blood-stained photograph of a little girl blowing out the candles on her birthday cake.
Hmmmm… what do you think is going on?
